Mike does a stellar job devising new promotions, fostering client relationships and driving up sales for the SCA Gaming Division. Prior to consulting with SCA, Mike enjoyed a career spanning over two decades and held diverse key marketing positions. At various gaming properties, he served as Director of Marketing and Special Events and Player Development.
Additionally, he was responsible for the opening of several Player’s Clubs for a variety of casinos. Mike also built an invaluable database of 400,000 players by implementing numerous promotions and marketing programs. Mr. Germano worked as a project manager for both Aristocrat Technologies and Mikohn Gaming Corporation where he explored the revenue-enhancing impact of player-tracking software. Mike has also put his considerable knowledge to work by training key executives at some of the best-known gaming properties in the industry.
